I saw on despatch bay the account is in debit by £31 which I don't know anything about as I have only used their service once. The two payment of £12 which I paid were gone toward the debit recovery rather than my parcel cost. I have not send the parcel but I paid £24 and still despatch bay is in debit by £ Manual Handling Charges. Just had five manual handling charges each one being from Parcelforce, for 6 inch square taped boxes, have been sending these same boxes for years, but they are now saying they fall off the conveyor belt.. Despatch Bay are getting this sorted for me which is a weight off my mind. · Parcelforce reduced their height limits to M instead of M without telling D/Bay charged retrospective manual handling charges of £ at the end of the month. We sent a parcel via Parcelforce that was identical to many previously sent, a couple of weeks after this was successfully delivered we had a "manual handling charge" on our account of £ This charge more than doubled the initial shipping charge.
